Discounts are available for group bookings of 10 or more participants.
Criteria for group registrations
Group registrations are:
- available for a minimum of 10 people, who must be affiliated to the same institution/organisation
- only accepted by email request. A unique registration link will be provided for group registration once approved
- available until 31 March 2027
A group contact person must be appointed to manage the group’s registration.
Discounts for group registration
Discounts are available based on the group size:
- groups of 10 to 20 participants: eligible for a 5% discount on total registration fee excluding any optional extras
- groups of 20 to 30 participants: eligible for a 10% discount on total registration fee excluding any optional extras
- groups of over 30 participants: eligible for a 15% discount on total fee for three days ticket only excluding any optional extras
Groups under 10 participants are not eligible for group discount.
